Not ovulating after miscarriage

Hi Mums,
Looking for reassurance/ other people’s experience. I had a miscarriage at almost 9 weeks in Aug. My body dealt with it naturally but since then I have only ovulated once in October. I use the clearbue advance OPK and get days and days of high fertility but not a peak, so can only presume my Lh isn’t surging. I’m finding it very frustrating and upsetting, we can’t conceive again if I’m not ovulating. I’d heard you are more fertile after a miscarriage but that’s obviously not the case for me 😢

I lost by daughter at 20 weeks in April and currently having the same problem. I'm currently waiting to be seen. Have you spoke with your doctor? Mine ran bloods to confirm no ovulation and also did an ultrasound.

I’m so sorry for your loss.
I had the bloods done previously after another miscarriage but my Dr has said they will do them again to see if anything has changed.
Perhaps I’m just being impatient wanting my body to get back to normal quickly.
