Hi all
I’ve just had a misscarage I have had a couple before and also an etopic so has been very stressful but this one was nothing like other miscarriages before
I’m guessing I was more further
I found out I was pregnant 2 weeks ago and I’m guessing I would have been 8-9 weeks from my period dates , I woke up with no pain and flooded blood like never before I panicked a bit as was like someone had turned a tap on and off it gushed out was advised to go a and e ( then taken to geu ) pregnancy test still positive scan not showing sac or baby was told to come back 48 hours for bloods again
Went had bloods taken again and was told levels significantly dropped so possible misscarage that night I started cramping bareable and blood loss no clots or tissue at all 3 days on still cramping but got so painful like labour pains all day I was told it was normal to be in this much pain 10 hours in so much pain I finally passed a massive ovarl / round ( clot ? Sac ? ) I’m unsure what it is it’s the size of a small plum could this be the baby ? In the sac or just a massive clot ? I have not had any other clots come out is this normal the pains stopped as soon as this passed should I exspect anything more to come out ?
Calling the geu lady didn’t seem very helpful had anyone else had a misscarage like this any advice would be much appreciated I’m quite upset as never thought I could even get pregnant again due to only having none tube on the right and one ovary on the left thanks x

I hope you got the medical advise/answers you needed. I don’t know if this was the baby or a blood clot, I know when I had my miscarriage a couple of weeks ago I had a similar experience; bleeding which gushed out sporadically (on and off like a tap). I saw a few blood clots at these times, but I never saw the baby (the doctor removed it) so I’m not sure what it would look like. I was 10 weeks at the time.
