Confused around possible misscarige

So Basicually I know this sounds auful but I had an abortion on the 1.08.18 please don’t judge! On the same day of my abortion I also had the deppo contraception injection 4 days later me and my partner had unprotected sex and now 2 months later I believe I have passed what I believe is a fetous was wanting some advice have I misscarried?
