Miscarriage 7 weeks 6 days

Yesterday I miscarried my lo at 7 weeks 6 days. My pain was at "normal" menstrual cramping almost immediately after passing everything. Is this common?

I've just recently miscarried at 7w6d too, my bleeding was very light, literally only when I wiped for 5 days. Cramps were extremely light and intermittent, my periods are normally very painful for the first few days.

I passed clots on day 6 and 7, but just a small gush, then back to very light spotting. I had an internal ultrasound on day 8 and the miscarriage was complete. I was half expecting them to tell me it wasn't.

This was my fourth miscarriage, the only really painful one that I had was number 2, which I had medical management after mmc discovered.

Be kind to yourself and take it easy, everyone is different, as is every miscarriage.
