My baby stopped growing at 6 weeks found out at 12 wk scan, from Thursday i have been bleeding, last night and throughout today i have bled a lot and passed blood clots and what i think was the sac.. At the appointment yesterday when they scanned me the lady said sac was very low and likely to pass in next couple of days. I'm due for op on Monday, will they scan me before the Erpc? If they do and find out all the pregnancy has come out then i won't need the op. Sorry if it's a silly question this is my first miscarriage and first op so but anxious, thank you for any help/advise x
