I am just very confused and wondered if I am being crazy or if anyone has experienced similar?
I had a mmc earlier this year at 11 weeks and have been v lucky to become pregnant again in August.
I had some bleeding and cramps at about 7 weeks, had an early scan and all was well.
The next day I had some more significant bleeding - one ‘gush’ - and I passed something that I was convinced at the time was the baby. In a small emptied sac, about 1.5 cm, complete with a stiff curly cord.
Epu asked me to wait 2 weeks for another scan which was horrendous, and during those 2 weeks the bleeding stopped and so did most of my morning sickness / sore boobs etc.
However to my amazement at the next scan all was well again. I know I am incredibly lucky but I am so confused about the bleed and I can’t stop thinking that could have been another baby. On the other hand surely this would have been picked up on the first scan? Sorry for the long post, just trying to process it I guess. I am so sorry for anyone else who finds themselves posting on this board.
