Mid cycle spotting after a miscarriage

Looking for some advice. Miscarried naturally 4 and a half months ago. First period 6 weeks later. 4 weekly periods since. This month, two weeks after period started (day 14) started spotting. More pink-brown than red, but occasionally bits of red. Not heavy like a period.
Anyone experienced this and have any ideas what's going on? Whilst periods since the miscarriage have been heavier and more Pai full than before, I thought we were pretty well abck to normal. Am 34, currently no children and desperate for a child, as is my husband.

Didn't want to run as I'm also a teacher born in 84 who had a miscarriage around the same time by the sounds of it.....
I'm having mid cycle bleeding too (actually about 4/5 days after ovulation) and excruciating periods, the last one being almost a week early and the one before a few days late. I have no idea what that means except I had a scan (because of the pain) and there was no obvious scarring or anything. How long were you trying for before the miscarriage? My miscarried pregnancy was an 'accident' but I have three children.... my eldest (now 8) took over a year to come along, the second and third very quickly. I always assumed I'd been doing something 'wrong' the first time around, but now I think it can just be so variable and stress is probably a factor. Anyway I'm going back to my GP to talk about mine (I'm 35 in May and don't want to hang around) and would suggest you might want to think aboiut doing the same.....

We were trying for 5 months before. I intend speaking to a doctor when I can, but time of work is almost impossible, especially when docs now only make same day appts. You're lucky to have three already. Blessed.
