Bleeding in pregnancy

Hi everyone im new on here just wondering if anyone could give abit of advice I had a miscarriage last year and am pregnant again I'm 5 weeks as a private scan says thourt I was 7_8 weeks as found out early anyway 2 days ogo I had spotting so had scan they said pregnancy there but looks only 5 weeks today iv had bits of brown marks when been to toilet don't want to go to hospital as was treated like it was nothing last time am just scared any advice would be appreciated

Plz get your progestrone levels checked..I found out low progestrone levels can cause bleeding..unfortunately found it too late after miscarrying ..I went to the go and a&e every alternate worried I am bleeding ..they just shoving it under the carpet says it's implantation bleeding..Plz plz get them to check your progestrone level..I feel guilty everyday for not researching more and trusting them...
