No period after misscarriage

Im 5 weeks post misscarriage i only bleed tiny abit when i misscarried how long before everyone got there period? I dont have any symptoms of having a period any time soon but have the odd pain like im still pregnant ? All test are negative so its a case of waiting for myself to bleed

It took me between about 6 weeks for my period to return after miscarriage. It can take a while for your pregnancy hormones to leave your body and once they have there's still a couple of weeks to go before your period comes. Hope that reassures you.x

Mc can really mess cycles up.I bled for almost 3 weeks after my mc then after that finished got my first period 3 weeks later but it was a lot lighter and shorter than my normal period. I've just finished my second period since the mc and that too was lighter than it was pre-pregnancy. For about 5 weeks after mc I was also still getting twinges amd weird flutterings in my abdomen. No idea what they were.

It's good sign that your tests are negative. Hopefully AF will turn up for you soon so that you can feel like physically you're getting back to normal.

What happened in the end with AF? So sorry for your loss 😔 I also had a MMC in October and I've only just finished my period - it took 9.5 weeks and it was so hard waiting, wondering if my body had just stopped working 😢
