Has anyone else had an infection after a miscarriage? I had a miscarriage at 8 weeks a few weeks ago and for the past 10 days have been bleeding again and had some cramping. Just went to the GP and after she did a (very painful!) examination she said I probably have an infection and gave me some antibiotics.
Other than the bleeding and cramps which are both fairly mild, I have no other symptoms but its still really worried me. Is this just something antibiotics should sort straight out, or can it potentially cause fertility problems later on??
