Have I miscarried?

Ok so I found out the other day I am pregnant. I don’t know if I’m being paranoid or not but I don’t know if everything feels right. I have bad back pain right at the bottom of my back and very light occasional period like pain feelings.
I have no bleeding or cramping. Is this normal?

I had period like pains at the beginning of my pregnancy which I was told was normal so wouldn’t worry to much. Might be worth speaking to your GP about your back pain if it is causing you problems though. Hope you are ok x
