Prolonged first peroid after miscarriage/D&C

Hi there. I really need some advise. I found it I was pregnant in April after ttc for 6 months. Found out I’d had a missed miscarriage at 8 weeks. I had a D&C on May 4 and on may 28 got a flashing smiley on clear blue ovulation kit but no solid smiley. 27th of June I started to spot with dark brown blood and cramps. And I’ve been bleeding ever since. With the blood flow becoming heavier. I’ve also been clotting and the past two weeks have been horrendous. Constant pad changes and clots. Has anyone experienced this type of first period after a D&C/miscarriage. I’m at my wits end and feel like this is the never ending miscarriage. I just want it to be over so I can move on mentally and try and get pregnant once more. Thanks so much.
