Hi guys. I’m feeling a little frustrated and fed up. I miscarried at 12 weeks. Bleeding the night before my first scan. At the hospital they told me baby stopped growing at 10 weeks and there was no heartbeat. I was given medical management (11pills to push up inside me when I got home) after a week the pain and bleeding increased. I was rushed to hospital for an emergency d&c without sedation. Then 18 pills to swallow to push out anything that was left over. 3 weeks passed with continuous bleeding and cramping. Not excessive; a pad a day. On Monday I had my first internal scan since the procedure and they didn’t tell me anything. In and out in under 3 minutes after waiting over 2 hours after my appointment time. Since the appointment and bleeding and cramping have increased now filling two pads throughout the day. Just feel like it’s never ending! Hospital told me not to call unless this continues for another month. Feeling a little let down by the support. Anyone else had bleeding and cramping go on for such a long time? I’ve beem told first period will not included ovulation so I need to wait for that before trying again. Feel like this bleeding is never going to stop to even get a period!
