I sadly miscarried in may, I fell pregnant on the nexplanon implant and was very very surprised as no medical professionals could explain why the implant had stopped working, I was 5-6 weeks. I've just had my first period since miscarrying and I can't stop this longing for a baby. It's like my brain is telling me it NEEDS a baby. My head knows a baby ATM isn't the best idea but my heart is breaking. This is the first time I've ever had to go through a miscarriage. However I've got a beautiful child who was born early at 27 weeks, they're thriving now, I just feel so guilty, like the miscarriage must have been my fault because of what happened in my previous pregnancy.
Sorry about the vent, not really too sure why I posted, I just feel so lost atm and it appears everyone and their sister is pregnant or has a newborn ☹️
