Hi, me and my husband had our second miscarriage four weeks ago tomorrow and we gave our consent for testing afterwards, on Friday the bereavement team at the hospital where I was rang to let me know they had now taken over the care of our little p, I'd like to go in and speak to them face to face to discuss what options we have, they were unable to see if the baby had come back to them or not and said she will try and find someone who can tell us when I ring up. It's just been on my mind ever since, initially at the hospital me and my husband consented to communal cremation as this is what we did after our first miscarriage and thought both of our babies would be together, since then from someone we know at the hospital has let us know our first baby had never gone with the communal cremation this is because I could have passed them at the hospital (had medical management) or could have been reabsorbed by my body, know that we know this, I'm undecided about the communal cremation.
