Chemical pregnancy

Hi all. Is it possible to have a chemical pregnancy with no bleeding? My second period after a mmc with my first pregnancy was due last Thursday but didn't come. I got a faint positive on a frer but nothing on my leftover Internet cheapies. I know I should step away from the tests but after the mmc I am a bit anxious. I took another Internet cheapie today and got a negative. I reckon I may have had a chemical but so far no bleeding. Does this ever happen?

I'm sorry for your loss, and that you're now going through the fear and anxiety of possibly being pregnant again. Your cycles might still be a bit messed up by the miscarriage. Do you know when you ovulated? If you ovulated later than expected you might just be pregnant enough for the frer to pick up but not the less sensitive ic tests quite yet.
