I had the operation on Friday (4 days ago). I would have been 10 weeks. I previously miscarried naturally at 6 weeks. After the op I had a scan to check everything had gone as they were surprised how little they had taken. They said you can bleed for up to three weeks as general advice but with everything confirmed as gone I had thought I would stop bleeding sooner. Sorry if TMI but the blood isn't heavy hardly getting to the pad mostly just when I pop to the loo but it is bright red (no clots). I was just wondering how long others had bleed for? I have gone back to work today for a half day and have horses to care for (have had some help with this). I'm wondering if literally sitting doing nothing will help or not I can't cope with the constant reminder emotionally but want to try to keep busy to occupy my mind!
