I’m currently 8 weeks pregnant. I started very light pink spotting on Friday night. I called the pregnancy unit on Saturday morning and they said there is nothing they can do as it’s a weekend but will refer me to the early pregnancy unit for a scan.
I called again today (Monday) at midday as spotting is continuous and getting a bit heavier and I have mild cramps. They said they hadn’t been able to get through to the EPU as they were always engaged but will keep trying. I didn’t hear anything today.
I’m still getting cramps tonight and spotting is very slowly getting heavier. I just bderatsbda that there is nothing that they can do and what will be, will be, but I hate being stuck in limbo and not knowing what is going on.
I know spotting can be normal and the cramps are only very mild.....
Just wanted to have a little rant really! What have been people’s experinces of EPU units? When can I expect to hear from them?
