How long after D&C did your period return?

As the title says, how long did it take your period to come back?. I had a d&c for a mmc 4 weeks 1 day ago, I had a small amount of spotting 3 days ago I tested yesterday and it was bfn. So now I am wondering maybe just it is going to take longer for my period to return.

Following as I was about to ask the same - I had my D&C the same time as you - all the information I have read has said 4-6 weeks if you had regular periods before, longer if you had irregular periods, I’m now 4+1 days past D&C and no sign of period, never thought I’d be wishing it to come!

I got mine about 3 weeks post surgery...

My period arrived 4 weeks 4 days after surgery. I was desperate for it to come just to feel back to normal again.

I'm 4 weeks 5 days after d&c and still waiting on my af to appear.

I've had a little bit of spotting in he morning for past 3 days but literally near nothing

The not knowing is driving me mad, I feel like it's coming but no sign yet.

7 weeks. And my periods became irregular until I got pregnant again. Weirdly they went back to normal after the birth of my two sons. It was only after the miscarriage and D&C that they went bizarre

Exactly 6 weeks after surgery.

Ok a little update still no af, took a frer earlier but not first morning pee and I have a faint line, took a cheapie a while later and bfn. So it's possible that I ovulated later than expected due to the D&C or else it could be a chemical. I am so confused, I don't want to say to dh because I don't want him to get his hopes up.

I think my period has arrived today - so I’m 4 and a half weeks past D&C - little bit gutted, but at least I can start tracking dates again

My period arrived yesterday evening hence why I think it was possibly another chemical.

Mine was just under 4 weeks, very painful period. First few days very heavy then really light, only lasted 5 days mine are normally 7 days.

Oh that’s rubbish - bodies suck

Mine seems to have been a false alarm, less than an hour of pink spotting and now nothing - just want to get back to normal now

I've had 2 periods since my mmc and surgical at the start of April. The first was after 28 days, I opk+ on cd16 and started after 28 days. This cycle i opk+ on day 20 and now cd33 with no signs either way and negative tests.

I'm a mess - vivid dreams of pregnancy and taking positive tests, not wanting to see my pregnant friends, crying over babies on tv....
This is not 'me' at all so hoping all this is sorted soon!
