Im currently taking the progesterone only pill as my form of contraception and have been taking it for now over three years. I know they’re not 100% effective as I have fallen pregnant once before whilst taking it. But as a result of the pill I don’t have periods anymore which makes it hard to track my cycle.
Today I had some stomach pain and nausea and my nipples have been swollen and a bit painful for maybe a week now. I went to the toilet and there was a small amount of pale blood and then I passed some tissue only about a cm in size with what looked like one strong blood vessel running through it from the top with a black dot and a black line on the other end. It was quite hard and definitely fleshy I’m just wondering what it could be and how if there’s anything I should do?
