I have a 2 year old who was conceived first try, first month, uneventful pregnancy. We are now trying for number 2. Got pregnant in December but had a mc at 7 weeks (private scan showed no progression after 5 weeks).
I’m now pregnant again but things are not looking good. I thought I was 6 weeks, DR thinks I should be 7 but the scan on Thursday showed progress to 4 weeks as it was just a sac. I know that I ovulated at about day 27 and my periods are 35-40 days as I have PCOS. I have got another scan on Monday but I am trying not get my hopes up. The doctor said the dates don’t work but still marked my notes as a probable early pregnancy as only a scan will tell.
Is there any hope whatsoever? Is there anyway I could just be really early? I found out I was pregnant 2 weeks ago when clear blue said 1-2 weeks. Clear blue on Thursday said 2-3 weeks pregnant. I’m very confused and I know it’s likely going to result in a second mc. Just wanted to talk to someone about it.
