Is this normal for should I be concerned?

I am miscarrying at 8 1/2 weeks but baby was only measuring 5+6. I have had a miscarriage before and an EMCS two years ago.

I have had spotting/very light bleeding on and off for 10 days. This afternoon I have passed several golf ball size clots with lots of blood each time. In between the clots there is no real bleeding to speak of. Is this normal? How long will it go on for?

Normal. I had two weeks of bleeding altogether, about 5 days of the heavy/on-off clots part. Once I’d passed the sac (heavy, painful) the bleeding stopped within a couple of days.

Thanks. My first miscarriage was very different (light bleeding for months). I am fairly sure I passed the sac this afternoon which was just before all the clots started.
