Last night I had a really bad dream about my miscarriage and everything else that happened it woke me up it was that bad had anyone’s else experienced this?

Yes I've had it too, especially in the first weeks after my first miscarriage. I think it's 'Generalized anxiety' www.verywellfamily.com/anxiety-after-a-miscarriage-or-stillbirth-2371314. In my case it fade over time, but if your nightmares stay as intense for multiple weeks without improvement I think it is best to get counseling (if you feel comfortabele with that)
