Missed misscarriage ?

Hi,
I am currently 11+1 and there have been alot of complications so far and im so worried i have previously had 5 mc and this is the furthest I've ever got. I have recently been having some spotting it's very light but it's bright red and I've been having very severe pains they double me over and I can barely breathe but they come and go I had a scan last week and they couldn't find the baby's heart but they could hear the placenta I'm just hoping that this still hope I've heard the baby's heart previously on every single visit I have been I've so far had 5 scans because I'm high risk and I've always been able to hear the baby's heart I'm so worried that I'm going to lose this baby can anybody shed some light?

This sounds a very worrying time for you. Could they see a baby moving when they did the scan at 11 weeks?

There didn't seem to be any movement but the baby has grown so I'm not sure what to think it's really worrying me and the pain hasn't stopped

Did they tell you what they thought was happening at the time? The heartbeat was really obvious on my scans (I also had a MMC so had a few early scan with my next pregnancy.)

No they said they couldnt tell much they just told me to rest and go back if the bleeding got worse im just so worried about not hearing the heartbeat with the pain too, everything i have looked at says if there is pain with spotting it means a mc but i just dont want that to be true

I find it crazy they couldn't give you more information. I hope you know what is happening soon, not knowing must be so hard Thanks

Its killing me i have another scan on saturday but it seems so far away, i just dont know what to think with the pain im hoping for the best but im so scared that i have already lost

I hope Saturday comes quickly for you, the week between the two scans for my MMC felt like the longest week of my life. Thanks

I'm wondering if you ladies could help.
I did a pregnancy test on the 9th of April which said 2-3wks which would have made me 4-5 wks. 2wks ago on the Sunday evening I had the slightest spotting it happened again on the Thurs evening. Rang the hospital and they booked me in for a scan the following Monday. I would have been 10 1/2wks at this stage.
When I was in the hospital I spoke to the midwife about being unsure of my LMP (1st time I hadn't marked calander) and also I am bf my lg so cycle had only just returned and hadn't fully settled.
When the did the scan they said baby is measuring 5 1/2wks and couldn't find hb , said I prob had a missed miscarriage and come back next wk for scan.
I went to see my own doc who did a test. Said if my baby had stop growing at 5 1/2wks it would be negative.
The test came back a strong positive !

I have had slight cramping and spotting every now and then.
Could I still be carrying a healthy baby ?
My scan is Thurs and I'm so scared to think either way
Sorry for the long post just wondering if anybody has had a similar experience?
