What to Expect

Hello all,
I was at 10 weeks pregnant, but started to have some bleeding. My doctor sent me for a scan, and what they detected only looked to be 5-6 weeks old. I have to go back for a scan next week but in all likelihood it's a MC.

What can I expect regarding bleeding and other symptoms? I've already started light, period-like bleeding and have a mild achy feeling. Any idea of what i might expect, and over what timescale, would be much appreciated.

Hi there, I had a miscarriage last week at 10 weeks, for me it happened very suddenly - literally started to bleed heavily and within 20 minutes I had passed a large solid mass, after that the bleeding tailed off until it completely stopped the next day.

My experience was virtually painless, much less than regular period cramps.

My sickness and nausea are still lingering but barely there. Boobs are still sore but better with each passing day.

Overall it was not an awful experience but I know it varies from one woman to another.

I suspect I had a missed miscarriage, my gut feeling is my baby stopped developing around the 8 week mark x
