so confused maybe a miscarriage?

I really need some advice,
I'm not currently trying for a baby, but I'm not using anything either, me and my partner have decided that if it happens it would be great, but we don't want to put any pressure on the relationship.
well this month, I came on 5 days early; but instead of a full period, the first day I started spotting brown? And had some really bad back ache, the following day more brown and alot of pink, and really bad cramps; to the point where I was curled up feeling the need to push? today then I have started having more red blood and a few clots and still in bad pain. I did go to the doctors and she said she thinks I might be having a very early miscarriage; but would not know for sure because it's to early to test. the pains are not easing at all and are making me feel sick? When the dr was examining me, pressing down on my stomach that made me feel alot worse aswell. just wondering if anyone else have gone through this? I'm just so confused?

Why don't you just do a test anyway?

Also, are you not taking any painkillers?

I have taken a test which came back negative, but the doctor told me it would be to early for it to show at this point and she prescribed cocodomal? X

Ahh I see, co codamol is good stuff, will certainly help with the cramps.
Truth be told, you may never know if it is a miscarriage if it is so early on.
It's how you move forward from here, how you want to deal with it.
