How to know when I miscarried

Hello. I am just looking for some advice, I have had a miscarriage but am wanting to establish how I date it? Would it be on the day that my bleeding started, so 30th March? Sorry for the (probably very) silly question.

Hi there yes you date it from the first day of the bleed in the same way you would a period.
