Today is worse

My D&C is tomorrow and even though I was feeling ok, today I have broken down knowing today is the last with the baby I'm carrying inside me. This time tomorrow, it will no longer be there and I find that really hard to process.

That's totally understandable. Do you have plans of how you're going to commemorate your little one?

Was maybe thinking of a charm for my bracelet - maybe a little angel? I still feel pregnant with sickness in the afternoons so my body is confused!!

I feel sick but trying to keep busy. It's against everything I know, I tried to take so much care of this baby
