Why does it seem that whenever a woman has a Miscarriage, women all around her are pregnant? Is it just that we notice it more or we're at that point in our lives? I've seen countless posts on here about it and I've got 3 close friends who are pregnant (one due March, one May, one 3 weeks ahead of my former due date) and today had a colleague tell me they were expecting and they are exactly the same number of weeks as I would have been. Can't the world just take it a little easier on us all?

This definitely happens. I had 3 miscarriages and everyone around me got pregnant. It was really hard when all the babies were born and still makes me a little wistful/sad now when I see the children although it was 12, 6 and 4 years ago. It's not so raw now though.
OP I am sending you virtual hugs. I hope you are ok.
I found the Miscarriage Association website helpful.

I completely feel this too, i miscarried less than a month ago and recently there seems to have been a surge in people getting pregnant around me. I work in a restaurant and we had 3 baby parent groups in one week come in. 3?! We haven't had one in months !! Babies and prams everywhere and guess who had to serve them..... it's hard, but then they're so cute I focus on that and almost force my self to look beyond what I've experienced.
