Hi all, I had a miscarriage on the 17/1 at 6 weeks. I had 2 weeks of bleeding and then had the mirena coil put in on the 1/2. I was told to test on the 5th to make sure everything was returning back to normal and I did and the preg test was very faint as expected. I started having fever and pain on the 18th of this month and I took another test which was slightly darker then the original on the 5th. I rang the hosp and they said come in for a scan. The scan just showed a cyst which they believe to be normal and other then that my endometrium was thickened but that could mean period was due or pregnancy. I’ve had a blood test on the 19th which showed my hcg as 248. I have repeated tests since and they are different strengths everyday! I’m convinced I’m not pregnant does anyone have any ideas what could be going on? In terms of symptoms I was having a lot of headaches which have stopped and my boobs have been sore but I know both these symptoms can be from the coils. I am due for bloods today just wondering if anyone had similar thing or if it’s just hormones from last preg or something else xx
