Recurring miscarriage and PCOS- any experience?

I'm wondering if my PCOS could be a reason for miscarriage. I've read various conflicting articles on the subject. In some women with PCOS have been prescribed clomid which seems to help and in others it says women don't need treatment. I am ovulating but I don't know if I need some medication to regulate my hormones. I'm a healthy weight. Does anyone have any experience of this?

If you are ovulating by yourself you won’t need clomid. Clomid just stimulates you to ovulate rather than regulating other hormones that could “stabilise” a pregnancy.

I asked my doctor this as i have pcos and had a miscarriage and they said there’s no link that they’ve seen in their experience of thousands of women. They said that it could be anything but making sure that you’re healthy, not overweight, drinking plenty of water/good fluids etc. Not smoking/drinking makes all the difference to a healthy pregnancy and baby
