I have completed medical management 3 weeks ago today, had some complications during the day. Included heavy bleeding and they eventually extracted the sac and most of after birth following my first assessment, and failed to extract the remaining afterbirth after second asssessment due to awkward positioning of my cervix and the afterbirth itself.
Have been bleeding on and off for 3 weeks, taken pregnancy test and confirmed negative now (thank god).
I have noticed still a dull pelvic pain still, it almost feels like it’s gassy or pressure in my pelvis. Has anyone experienced this?
