Am I miscarrying?

Hi I’m 7 weeks pregnant and have bled clots for 2 days straight now, not really filling pads but there’s a lot when I wipe, also had mild abdominal pain, have a scan on wed and pretty sure they are going to tell me the baby has gone 🙁 has anyone experienced similar . Thank you

I'm in the same situation. Started heavy spotting / light bleeding on Friday and it's still going now. My scan is tomorrow. I can't imagine it being good news. I hope things go well for you Wednesday. I'll be thinking of you. It just messes with your head doesn't it?

@joyandgladness Hi - yeah I’m really confused & don’t feel like I’ve had much support at all. I went to a&e yesterday and they just booked me in for scan on wed. My pain has almost completely gone now and the bleeding seems to be wearing off. I assumed I would be in a lot more pain if miscarrying. Hope ur scan goes well tomorrow & your baby is fine xx

I think it's a real no man's land because there's just nothing anyone can do. Guess we just need to sit tight and wait until we get our answers. Take care of yourself as much as you can. X

Have you had your HCG levels taken? If they are lower than anticipated it's usually a sign of MC x

really confused as I have felt nauseous today and still have tender boobs. Trying to get my hopes up x

You need to contact your local early pregnant department, they are usually based at your local hospital or as part of maternity services.
I went to my local A&E when I started to bleed as it was in the night and they did them there and then refereed me to the early preg unit for follow up bloods 48 hours later, that showed my HCG levels had dropped, they should be doubling every 48 hours in a viable pregnancy x

@colourful86 But I already went to a&e and they didn’t take my bloods just booked me in for a scan x
