Pain after miscarriage

Hi everyone,

I had a miscarriage on Weds. Have not had any pain and the bleeding is now subsiding.
Understandably I’ve been very tense for the past few days and I haven’t moved much at all.
I’m getting like spasms in my rectum, did anyone else get this? I’m also very gassy. I’m hoping this is all part of it but of course very uncomfortable xx

I’m not sure about you, but my hot water bottle has been my saviour!!! I’m going to the doctors tomorrow as keep having panick attack’s since all happend. I didn’t know I was even pregnant until after I miscarried. Feel so alone xx

Yes mine too! I left the house for the first time today and felt very anxious and panicked. I feel like everyone is watching me like everybody knows what has happened. This is such a crazy emotional time and I feel physically mentally and emotionally exhausted xx
