Period after miscarriage

Hi all, last pregnancy we had anembryonic diagnosis and had a medical miscarraige on Nov 21st. The bleeding lasted about 5 days and then I had a period 4 weeks later so I was pleased everything seemed back to normal as we wanted to try again ASAP. Since the period I've had about a week of having a small bleed every day, not enough to be a period but still strange as I wouldnt normally bleed once the period is finished. Could this be an extra long period because of the miscarraige or is this spotting? I don't know whether this affects ovulation dates as it would be about the time to start trying now.

Sorry you're going through this. I can't answer your questions but strangely I have experienced the exact same thing. An embryonic pregnancy diagnosed mid November, had an MVA and then a period 6 weeks later which stopped after 4 days for 2 days, then had very light spotting for 4 days. I've never had that before and assumed it must be something to do with a hormone imbalance.
