Possible miscarriage?

Hi just wanting some advice as this is my first pregnancy,, I think i have had a possible miscarriage but not entirely sure?
I am about 5/6 weeks pregnant and I had a few belly cramps a more than just your normal period pains and when I went to the toilet I had filled a pad with quite a bit of blood and had some like blood clots and tissue like substances in my pad also?
Haven’t had any of this since Monday afternoon but am still having some spotting of blood and some cramps but these feel like period cramps.

Has any one got any advice they can offer on this pretty please?

I'm so sorry you're even on here 😔 It's hard to say but you shouldn't be having bleeding like that at all. Call 111 and ask for advice but I hope everything's okay xxx

Absolutely! Did you call 111 after?

They advised I go to my doctors and just checked out properly x :)
