Second missed miscarriage

Hi I went for my twelve week scan today and found out baby only got to 9
Weeks 5 days I had another in 2015 at 10 weeks but baby only got to 8 weeks one day. I don't know what to think it feels like a dream as I've had so many pregnancy symptoms and no bleeding it doesn't feel real. Due to having other children I'm having erpc this time but I'm scared. We were taking our girls away for Christmas this year was supposed to be the best christmas but how can it be now.
I'm still breastfeeding my little one but not much so my milk will probably dry up now to so I'm losing everything .

Oh Greymoon I’m so sorry to hear this. I’ve also had 2mmc, it’s so utterly heartbreaking and confusing. For me, ERPC was definitely the best option and helped me begin to move on. They’ll look after you well, it’s just the emotional recovery that is so hard. I hope your DC are a good distraction, I know playing with DS and go I him extra cuddles helped me. Take care
