6 day luteal phase after miscarriage

Hi everyone can anyone help? I had a D&C on 13th November as had a MMC. I was 11 weeks.

I have spotted since then on and off and was sure I ovulated 6 days ago. Today I think AF is starting. Bright red spotting, cramps (weirdly no breast tenderness) but apart from that exactly how my period usually starts. My cycles are usually around 36 days with a 12 day luteal phase.

Fed up with everything and worried about how my cycle has been affected. Has this happened to anyone else? Thank you.

My cycles went crazy afyer my mmc and my luteal phase hot really short. I was so worried that it was the reason i wasn't getting pregnant again. I have tried supplements and herbs but in the end acupuncture helped and i got pregnant that cycle. Sadly i have lost that baby nevertheless. But at least was able to get pregnant again

Thank you for replying. I'm now 8dpo and was getting loads of white watery discharge and my boobs have started burning. Took a test this afternoon and faint BFP. Not sure if this is leftover hormones from the MMC or a new pregnancy?

Thank you I called the EPU and they said to go in for a blood test tomorrow morning so should know then X
