I had a missed miscarried at 9 weeks, I had an ERPC done on the 6th October. My first period has come but it's not like a normal period. I have had pains (can't really call them cramps) since 8 this morning & literally a few spots of blood. I'm concerned something may have gone wrong with my ERPC. My periods are normally regular and normal flow especially first few days.

I'm so sorry for your loss :( I had an mmc in July at 12 weeks and my first period was weird too, it takes a while to get back to normal. Mine used to be like clockwork but they still aren't quite right now.

I can't even call this a period it's literally been 3 brown spots all day and little sharp cramps. The cramps and bloating make me feel as if I'm on my period but thats about it. I've had an ERPC done before and i'm pretty sure my period was normal after. This time is very different. I was suspecting implantation bleed but also never had that before and don't think I'd have the little pains

I've been pregnant twice (and two miscarriages) and didn't have implantation bleeding with either so I can't help sorry :( I have looked it up before in desperation that it might be implantation not another period and apparently it's supposed to be very pink? Although I suppose everyone is different? I hope you're okay and get a BFP soon x
