I went to my local antenatal clinic for what i thought was a scan and to see the consultant. However they never had me booked in for a scan and i was fuming because i was already 15 weeks. I went in for my scan and the baby was measuring 7 weeks with no heartbeat. I was told it was a missed miscarriage. (Never heard of one before). I would now be 17 weeks. (Was booked into have surgery last week. Couldnt have it due to my thyroid problem)(highly risky apparently). Anyway. I have been walking around with a baby that is no longer alive inside me for 10 weeks. My friend said it is really dangerous and the hospital doesnt seem in any rush to sort me out. What should i do?? Is it dangerous??? Pleaae help
