Is it normal to feel like this during a miscarriage?

I am having a very early miscarriage. Was only 5 weeks. I feel exhausted, light headed, weak and have a headache. I have no appetite. With my two successful pregnancies I had notable blood losses at delivery, but I'm not soaking through pads very quickly. Is it normal to feel like this physically? I haven't contacted doctor or anything.

I hope this doesnt upset anyone, but on googling the symptoms, it seems to be that my symptoms are put down to being upset about the miscarriage. I am sad and would absolutely love to have another child. However, My period was 3 days late and I got a negative, tested again two days later and I got a very faint positive at 5 days late. It was so faint I didn't really believe it then got a clear blue at 7 days late which was also very faint. The next day I started bleeding (yesterday). With my other two DC I had strong positive results as soon as period was late, so I felt like something was wrong from the start this time and didn't let myself get excited about the pregnancy. Sorry if this is confused, I'm not feeling well, but what I mean to ask is are my physical symptoms normal? Should I contact my GP?

Hello. I'm really sorry to hear about your loss. I lost a baby this week at 9.5 weeks and I know how upsetting it is.
I definitely think you should go to the GP or, if you have one, a pregnancy clinic at your local hospital. Mine did a trans vaginal (internal) scan to confirm what was happening. They can do it even if you're bleeding. I had mine at the same place as my original 'booking in' appointment. It's much better to have that than to second guess so that you know for sure what is happening.
I also feel exhausted, light headed and with no appetite and I have headaches but please go and get checked out and don't feel guilty about it. People go to the docs for much less.

I was so dizzy I couldn't walk straight during my last chemical. Gp said it was normal. But he also wouldn't look me in the eye...
