Hi ladies,
So a week or so ago I found out I was pregnant. Last night we were sent to the epau by my Gp where I had a scan.
On the scan they couldnt see anything to suggest a healthy pregnancy. They said they saw a little pocket of water but couldn't class it as a pregnancy so took my bloods and told me to go back on Sunday.. I know it's very early, but has anyone got any success story's? My endometrial thickness is 18.2mm is this good or? I'm stressing out, I should be 5 weeks!

Thanks x

I'm so sorry. I don't have a success story but I know from experience that this feels so insecure. Could you have the conception date wrong or was it an assisted conception?

I've reported the two spam messages above, OP. No experience of this but sending you very best wishes.

I had this try not to worry. 5 weeks is a bit early to see anything on a scan. I had a scan at 6 weeks and only saw a little black spot and they couldn't confirm it either way. I went back a week later and there was a baby and heartbeat. DD is now 6 months old. Fingers crossed for you OP.

@brightlightceiling there is a chance, I don't know when I conceived I'm just going by LMP.

@pommes thank you!

@catscatscats11 thank you! Nice to hear a success story! Im hoping my hcg levels raise so I can get another scan x

Why did your gp send you to the epau?

What were your blood results? They usually can't see anything if they are less than 1000. At 5 weeks they should be 1000, but more important is the doubling rate every 2-3 days. If you double by your next blood test that's a good sign, even if you have slow rising hcg.

Best of luck.
