Raised IgM & rheumatoid factor & miscarriage/infertility links

Hello, firstly I'm sorry for everyone's losses and that you find yourselves on this board.

My reason for posting is that I would like to know if anyone has any experience of raised IgM level and rheumatoid issues and miscarriage links and infertility links. And if you have, whether you would be able share your experiences with me?
I have just gone through my third mc. It was a surprise pregnancy, having been trying (or not trying to prevent) for two years following a previous mc which seemed to have a hugely negative impact on my health resulting in a rubbish immune system ever since.

Blood tests show I have an elevated IgM level and raised rheumatoid factor. I've been searching online and it seems these can possibly be linked to infertility and miscarriage.

I had my first mc 6 years ago and am also very fortunate in that I have a healthy Dd a year later. I don't have age on my side (41!) and cannot afford private tests so I am wondering whether it would be best to cut my losses and try to prevent future pregnancies/losses or whether this is something I could go to my GP about without getting fobbed off with a view to trying again.

If anyone has been through similar and could offer any advice I'd be very grateful.

Thank you.
