Advice please

Hi my Fiance found out that she was pregnant back in May and we went for our 12 week scan last week and they said that the babys heart stopped at 8 weeks causing a misscarrage, this means she is now supposed to be 13 weeks and she has had no signs if pains or bleeding any advice would be very helpful

I'm so sorry to hear that, how upsetting for you both. What did the hospital say at the time? They usually give you a few options, either let nature take it's cause, tablets or surgery. Some people would rather go home and let it happen naturally, I've heard this can sometimes take a few weeks . The tablets the hospital can give you cause your body to miscarry, so this gives you a bit of control as to when it happens. The last is the surgery, ERPC, which is what I had a few months ago. You're asleep for it and don't have to deal with the pain and bleeding. There's also a brilliant wesbite, miscarriage.org I think which has loads of useful information on.
