Miscarriage or heavy period

This is my first post so please bare with me.

My last period was on 20th April 2017 and I've had symptoms of pregnancy but was getting negative results. Yday I started having a light pink discharge and this morning heavy bleeding, cramps, back pain, nausea, dizziness and lost two big clots about the same size as a 50p.

I don't know what's going on I'm normally very regular with my periods.

Someone please help me so I know what's going on

So when was your period due?
Are you late?
Can you retest today?

I should of come on on the 8th May and 5th June but missed periods. I don't have any money for another test atm

Well there's not allot you can do either way.
Just treat it like a period unless the bleeding gets very heavy and pain too much to handle.
Have you taken any paracetamol?

No I haven't taken any i will take some.
