Hi, 2 weeks ago I had a laparoscopy and mirena coil fitted suspected endometriosis. The nurse said any chance of being pregnant, I said no even tho not on any birth control I had not fallen for 6yr so did not expect it. Anyway a week after the coil I had pains exactly like labour (which actually made me cry at one point) and I put them down to my body just reacting to the coil. Then I passed this and the pains have gone.... Just wondered what ppls views are do you think it could of been a miscarriage.. Sorry if this is too graphic
