Miscarriage?

Last night I noticed mucusy, brown discharge with "pinging" pain in my abdomen.

Tonight I have more of the same but also with bright red blood.

I had a period last week as expected, I'm on the pill and not had sex since March 12 (I don't chart it btw, DH left the country!)

Surely it's unlikely to be a miscarriage? Is this something I should go to GP about or is it just one of those random things that happen every now and then?

Please go to your doctor and get this checked out. It's important to get any unexplained bleeding checked.

I'm the type to not go to GP often but yes I think I'll be calling in the morning thanks
