Hcg levels lowering? For sure miscarriage?

Hi, I'm about 6 weeks right now. I've been getting real bad pain in my right side and up into my right shoulder. I went to the ER, and they did an ultrasound. Didn't see anything, but also said it might just be too early. They said I had a uti, so that could be what's causing the pain, but They also did a blood test, and my levels had lowered from 450 to 330. I haven't had any bleeding so far except a little bit this morning which was super light and pink and just when I wiped. But nothing more, and no actual stomach pain. I'm scheduled to get another blood test and an ultrasound Wednesday. Totally freaking out, has anyone else experienced levels dropping like this with no bleeding or anything? Does it sound like a for sure miscarriage or is there still hope?

Have the ruled out the possibility that you may be experiencing an ectopic pregnancy?

My doctor was pretty sure it's gonna be a miscarriage. Haven't had any bleeding yet, but she said it will start :( I asked her about ectopic and she said levels would more likely be really high in that case, it's more likely to be a miscarriage if they're lowering. Getting repeat blood test and ultrasound tomorrow
