Wait for appointment and start bleeding panic then get a early pregnancy scan not pregnant? Nothing there Anyone else have been through this I feel so confused

Sorry this has happened to you. Up to 1/4 periods of women in fertile circumstances(ttc or not on bc) can be a chemical pregnancy. When a positive hpt is the only evidence. Nothing shows on a scan an period is around the normal time. I have had 3 and so disappointing. Don't let it upset you too much as it was very very early stages. Too early for even a Dr to see anything . Take care

Sorry you are going through this. Did they give you a blood test to check your hcg levels?
