7 week scan - terrified

I'm 7 weeks 2 days.
Going for an early scan at 11.30. After losing one last April I am absolutely terrified they'll say there is no heartbeat. Is there any indication that this will be the case so I can prepare myself if so?

I know I am probably overthinking it. I've had all the normal symptoms - sickness, nausea, sensitive nips and fatigue. And all my tests (POAS addict) have all been as dark as they can be for the last couple of weeks. But all I can imagine them saying is the worst

Has anyone been through similar?
